- If you require your previous style to be removed please let us know when making your appointment. this service requires more time for your appointment.
- If we are not informed ahead of time we may not have enough time to accommodate you in the schedule on your appointment day. This could result in a cancellation.
- It is the policy of Bignons that we have the right to refuse service to any customer disrupting the environment of the salon.
- Bignons offers Shampoo and Conditioning services at a charge. Please be aware you are NOT allowed to remove your own braids, twists or weave on the premises. If you prefer to remove your own braids, twist or weave, it must be done prior to arriving to the salon.
- Relaxed hair can be braided, as well as hair in its natural state. If your hair is natural, there is no need to straighten it first.

Bignons offers a free consultation for any initial style. Our free one-on-one
consultation is an essential service in assessing your hair needs, your desires and
goals for your style. Our consultations are highly recommended for those who
are:
- New clients
- Existing clients who want to consider changing their look
- Those who are new or transitioning to natural hair

APPOINTMENTS FOR HAIR CONSULTATIONS
ARE PREFERRED
If you cannot come in person, you can always send us a clear picture of the desired style and your picture (headshot) along with your number via email
at info@wordpress-659985-3636699.cloudwaysapps.com . We will follow up as per time permeated for a consultation over
the phone, or if need immediate attention before scheduling an appointment,
you can always call us after sending the email and we will try to accommodate
your request if time permits.
CANCELLATIONS
Your appointment at Bignons is reserved especially for you. We understand that
scheduled adjustments may be necessary from time to time; therefore, we have
in place a 48-hours cancellation policy and respectfully request at least 48-hours
notice for all appointment cancellations.
In consideration of your time, appointment reminders are sent via email two days
in advance of all appointments. You may email, call or leave us a voicemail to
confirm, reschedule or cancel an appointment.
Rescheduling on the day is the same as no show or canceling on the same day. If
we receive no cancellation from you in 48 hours advance of your appointment,
we will forfeit your deposit.
Refund
WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS
Our professional and experienced stylists pride themselves on providing you
with exceptional service and quality hair care.
However, if you are not satisfied with the results of your hair style, please let your
stylist know before leaving the salon. We offer a one-time adjustment at no
additional charge within 7 business days of service with the same stylist. We
require that you return to the salon for a visual observation of the issue.
SERVICES
- We accept most major credit cards and bank cards including American Express. no personal checks please.
- The hair style price includes synthetic hair or human hair blend. 100% human hair is not included.
- The standard hair length is to the bra strap. If you need your braid length to go below that point, there is an extra charge.
- We require our customers to pay first before the service ends. Please be patient, good job takes time but if you are in rush, you will get a rush job.
- If you are not satisfied with the service, please let us know before you leave the shop so it can be taken care of right away. We will replace few braids fallen out in the first seven (7) days. A charge will be accessed after that period for any repair. We don’t guarantee how long your braids will last but it all depends on how you take care of them. Some styles involve some risks (hot water, etc…) that you fully understand and accept to take.
- Braider allows to take break between clients. No customer allowed in the braiding area unless getting service. Please do not put your feet on the styling chair.
- Children under 12 years old should be with an adult.
- The shop is not liable for any injuries sustained by your kids on our premises. Hence, please supervise your kids to avoid any issues. We would like you to have a pleasant experience at Bignons .
- You must maintain your hair in order to get the longest wear out of it. Bignons offers hair products and Retouch service. Bignons recommends Retouch service every two to three weeks to properly care for your natural hair and scalp. Proper maintenance will increase the life of your braid style up to 3 months.
- If you are not purchasing hair from Bignons , you must call to get the number of packs needed for your braid style. Under the stylist’s discretion, we might advise you to have your hair shampooed at our salon for an extra charge, if it does not meet our standards.
- Bignons requires a deposit of $25 paid online or in person in the shop for all appointments.
