Cancellation Policy
STRICT AND ENFORCED 48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
We respectfully request at least 48-hour notice for cancellations. Notify Bignons of a cancellation/change by phone. In order for a cancellation to be honored, a phone call must be placed at 704-9212221; 980-299-8760 or 704-918-5055
We are not able to honor cancellation requests made by any other means.
Your appointments are very important to BIGNONS, It is reserved especially for you, we
understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary or plans change and the
unexpected happens. In the circumstance of a change or cancellation to your reservation,
please keep in mind our cancellation policy.
- All deposits (made in store, online or via cash app) are NONREFUNDABLE
- Deposits are transferable to only ONE rescheduled appointment if changes are made at least 48-hour in advance.
- Less than 48-hour notice will result in the loss of the deposit.
- Deposits for appointments cancelled with less than 24-hour notice will result in the loss of the deposit.
- “NO SHOWS” are NOT TRANSFERABLE and will result in the loss of the deposit.
- Multiple services not cancelled 48-hours in advance will result in the loss of the deposit.
- Client must call within 4 hours of appointment time to cancel appointments made within 24-hour period to transfer the deposit to only ONE rescheduled appointment or will result in the loss of the deposit.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment less than 48 –
hours, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting
list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48
hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you
booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation
fee will apply. We will be asking for a credit card to have on file.
The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our waiting list clients of any
availability, as well as keeping our scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone.
BIGNONS policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of
excellent servicing for our established and future clientele. Thank you for viewing and

CONFIRMATION TEXT MESSAGE
As a courtesy, you will receive a text message to confirm your service appointments
prior to your appointment date. Please understand that it is your responsibility to
remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed
appointments and the cancellation fee.
CLIENTS RECEIVE FULL DEPOSIT REFUND WHEN SALON CANCELS
BIGNONS stands by our policies, we feel that it is only fair that we honor the same
policies to our clients, if in any reason the salon has to cancel a client less than 24
hours of the appointment scheduled; we will refund the deposit. But, if the
cancellation is due to situations that are out of our hands such as power outage,
unfortunate incidence, etc… that requires the salon to be closed during regular
business hours, we would gladly reschedule your appointment.
