We Do Not Issue Refunds
Our professional and experienced stylists pride themselves on providing you with exceptional service and quality hair care. We highly encourage our clients to communicate with their braider throughout their appointment if they would like any changes / fixes to their service. However, if you are not satisfied with the results of your hair style, please let your stylist know before leaving the salon. We offer a one-time adjustment at no additional charge within 5 business days of service with the same stylist. We require that you return to the salon a visual observation of the issue.
